Seeing how players have to juggle between all different types of currency like Valor and Elemental Overflow to gear up, Blizzard created a unified gearing system for Patch 10.1. You have to disrupt their effort and lure Fyrakk and his disciples out. In Patch 10.1, Fyrakk is gathering forces in both the Azure Span and Ohn’ahran Plains. Fyrakk Assaultsįyrakk the Blazing is one of Primal Incarnates and Raszageth’s cousin who was freed during the foul ritual in Vault of the Incarnates. Pipe: The Lib Tech Dagmar has a pretty friendly pipe ride to it that is forgiving and pretty good for all but the super technical riders that prefer more camber for driving harder from wall to wall. The new zone, Zaralek Cavern, is also home to Neltharion’s secret laboratory where he first created Dracthyr to become his soldiers and eventually succumbed to the whispers of the Old Gods and became Deathwing as we knew him. Jibbing: Kinda stiff and unfriendly in the jib park. Jumps: Good pop off the tail and it can get air. Not quite like the old Jamie Lynn Phoenix double-ender, we rode in the past but better than you would think from looking at the shape before you ride it. Switch: Pretty doable and it didn’t feel super directional. It can weave through messy stuff and power over it really well. Uneven Terrain: Great board for all-day resort riding. Speed: Damp and pointy for a hybrid rocker board but if you want to bomb the Titty Fish is the call. We didn’t do an extended demo but it seems like there should be even better set back on board so it should float well. Then you have a little bit of taper and a good set back on sidecut. Powder: There seems to be some good float here with the nose/tail off the ground. We had way more fun on the Titty Fish on a carve but not bad for C2. The very mellow taper in the tail doesn’t need you to weight the back foot super hard but it’s a little more fun turning it that way. Turning overall is fun but not over the top springy good times. Turning Experience/Carving: The hybrid rocker doesn’t really give you a strong carve but you can for sure carve with this. Turn Initiation: Pretty fast but not super fast for us edge to edge. It’s easy to skid a turn when you are off your game and its a great board for anyone thats on the beginner to intermediate side.Įdge Hold: Pretty strong edge hold for the mellower magnetraction that grips well in hard snow, is decent in the icy snow but doesn’t grab as much in softer snow. On Snow Feel/Ability Level/Skidded Turns: C2/Hybrid Rocker is forgiving but somewhat loose and spinny in harder snow so the board’s personality underfoot changes from condition to condition. It has that Lib-Tech Pop to it but it feels a little damper than your average Lib-Tech board. Still, he would have preferred the wide.įlex/Buttering: So the flex isn’t super mellow but it has a more of an easier butter to it than you would think if you flexed it in the shop. We would have preferred the 157 but going 160 was a good compromise for Jimbo’s 11’s. Sizing: The 160 felt a little bit big for Peter and me. Weight isn’t consistent from board to board because wood never weighs the same with any manufacturer. Yes Pick Your Line, Burton Flight Attendant, Gnu Mullair, Jones Flagship, Never Summer West Bound, Rossignol XV, Lib Tech BRD, Lib Tech Lost Round Nose FishĪpproximate Weight: Feels normal to a little bit on the heavy side of normal.
